Ordinary and extraordinary full-risk management, management and maintenance service in the buildings and fixed systems of the San Luca Hospital in Lucca and the Apuane Hospital in Massa.
The two orders focus on the global conservation of buildings.
The main interventions that NBI is carrying out are maintenance of electrical systems, maintenance of mechanical and water systems including cogeneration, maintenance of fire prevention systems and equipment, building maintenance.
