We open this news report of NBI’s entry into the Romanian market with a view of the city of Arad, Romania.
In joint-venture partnership with S.I.T.E.  (a leading local plant engineering company), NBI is finalising the agreements with its parent company, Astaldi, and its Romanian partners for the construction of all electrical and mechanical systems for the redevelopment of lots 2A and 2B of the Curtici-Simeria railway line in the Crisana region near the border with Hungary.

We are along the Pan-European Corridor IV, one of the main transportation routes running through Central and Eastern Europe. The NBI project covers over 80 km of railway tracks, with a total of 11 stations, fit for speeds of up to 160 km/h.

In this project, NBI will provide detail-engineering plans, will supply the equipment, and will work side by side with the local partner during project execution.
