This is the new order won by the Operations and Maintenance Department of NBI S.p.A. is carrying out in numerous buildings of A2A S.p.A. intended for offices and power generation located in north-east Italy.

NBI performs the works as principal for all the integrated Facility Management services in Temporary Business Grouping with two other companies.

For the global technological service activities, NBI conducts service through the Archibus (r) software, one of the most advanced IT management systems used in the Facility & Property Management.
