What is a Cookie?
Cookies are very small text files that are stored on your computer when you visit some websites. Cookies are useful to identify your information and optimize your user experience (login, language and display settings).
Cookies have different characteristcs and many usage:
- Technical cookies Technical cookies are required to browse the site and to use some functionalities. Without technical cookies, the standard online services of the site may not be accessible. You do not have to give your consent for technical cookies (art. 122 comma 1 del D.Lgs. 196/2003), since they are required to provide the site services. Technical cookies can be blocked or removed by changing the configuration of the browser options or by disabling – deleting cookies.
- Profiling Cookies Profiling cookies create your profile and are useful for send customized advertising campaign. Data protection commissioner (art. 23 D.Lgs. 196/2003) requires your consent and send you a request.
There are different Cookies for different Users:
- Editorial Cookie Technical or Profiling cookie provided by the owner of the website.
- Third-Parties Cookie Profiling Cookie send to you from third-parties.
