ANGELINI GROUP

As part of the urban recovery and transformation project for use as offices of the Rome office of the Angelini Pharmaceutical Group, NBI dealt with the design, construction and commissioning of mechanical, electrical and special systems.

The new building complex, approximately 12,600 m2, consists of a central body used as a multifunctional center, as well as 4 office blocks arranged in an “L” shape, dominated by a bridge building, with parking lots and underground deposits.

The use of environmentally sustainable materials and the use of technologies that will allow the improvement of energy efficiency and the achievement of LEED® Leadership certification in Energy and Environmental Design, a reference for environmentally sustainable buildings, have been used.
