Ferrari sport management building

Prefabricated cell facades, with silk-screened glass, anchored to the load-bearing structure in metal structural work by means of anti-seismic brackets.

NBI has completed the expansion of the engine benches and completed the new Sport Management building (GeS) which houses the main activities of the Formula 1 team, the technical and administrative offices and the Ferrari production workshops in Maranello.

The new building is about 7500 square meters wide, on two floors above ground and one underground. In plan the building reaches 2500 square meters, with the north and south sides parallel measuring 90 and 65 meters respectively; the west side is 50 meters long.
