NBI FOR THE O&M ACTIVITIES OF MILANO-BICOCCA.

With a framework agreement worth € 7 million, the Operations and Maintenance Department of Bolognese NBI S.p.A. starting from August 2020, it will take care of the management, management and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of all the buildings and fixed systems of the University of Milan-Bicocca.

NBI will carry out the order in the Temporary Business Association - together with the Innova Consortium, which has assigned the execution of the works to the CPL CONCORDIA consortium member - with the mandate (40%) for all the integrated Facility Management services.

The four-year contract will focus on the global conservation of all the global heritage of the University of Milan-Bicocca equal to approximately 250 thousand square meters between classrooms, offices, laboratories, gym, student hall and study spaces.

For global technological service activities, NBI S.p.A. will run the service through Archibus (r) software, one of the most advanced IT management systems used in Facility & Property Management.
