NBI has just been awarded top Legality Rating by the Italian Antitrust Competition Authority (AGCM). Introduced in 2012, the Legality Rating is "a new instrument for enforcing fair trading practices and anti-trust rules". It is, practically, a certificate of judgement regarding compliance with current laws on the part of companies that apply for it and, more generally, regarding the way the companies run their business. NBI and Sartori Tecnologie Industriali proceed with their project of providing coverage to the coal storage parks at Cairo Montenotte, Province of Savona, Italy. The project involves the building of twin warehouses covering an area of approximately 40,000 square metres and where NBI will construct the buildings, provide the mechanical and electrical systems for coal storage and handling as well as fire-fighting and dust suppression systems. The Astaldi Group is the winner of the EUR 140 million construction contract (CLP 103 billion, 100% Astaldi) to build the Linares Hospital in Chile. The EPC Contract calls for the design and construction of a new healthcare facility in the centre of the city of Linares, in the Maule Region. The Facility Management and Energy Department at NBI S.p.A. (fully owned by the Astaldi Group) has completed the new lighting system in the rectorate's building Great Hall at the Sapienza University, Rome.  Throughout the five-months-long project which caused only minor disruption to daily academic activities – while following rigorous safety measures – NBI S.p.A. had to operate within a multi-purpose hall where many and various events were held (conferences, special guest addresses, institutional meetings, concerts). NBI S.p.A. is to build the mechanical, technological, electrical and specialised systems for the Western Metropolitan Hospital in Santiago, Chile. The contract, worth 40 million euro, covers the design, building and commissioning of all the systems in the hospital, which is divided into three interconnected 10-floor blocks, has a  120,000 square metre total floor area, and 523 beds.
